TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In Hand Items
1) All prices are in Brunei Dollar Currency which is equivalent to Singapore Dollar (SGD).
2) All of the stated prices are excluding the delivery charge.
3) All items labeled 'in hand' or 'in stock' should be paid fully when you make an order.
4) All goods will be inspected and could NOT be returned or refunded.
Pre-Order Items.
1) All of the stated prices on these items are excluding the delivery charge.
2) There are no restrictions on minimum/maximum number of items allowed in your order.
3) Only serious buyers will be entertained. Thus, the deposit first policy.
4) Your order will be processed as soon as your deposit have been confirmed.
5) If you pay 80% deposit, only half of this deposit will be returned to you if you cancel your order. And if you pay 50% deposit, your money will not be returned to you if you tend to cancel your order.
6) As soon as we receive your item, you will be contacted immediately to make the balance payment. Please make the payment within 1 week after you have been contacted.
7) We will make a full inspection on your item, before handing it over to you. However, if you are not satisfied with the product given to you, we can assure to give you 100% money back guaranteed provided the item should be returned to us within 3 days after you receive the item. (Applicable to certain items only)...
7) Buyer should accept slight colour difference due to different monitor's resolution. (So, make sure the reason you returned the item is not due to its colour..)
8) In the case of stock unavailability, a FULL deposit refund will be returned to buyers or will be credited into your next order(s).
9) All personal information obtained through this website will be kept confidential.
